What does "pre-order" mean — when will I be charged?
You won't be charged today. Reserving a piece puts you first in line when your collection launches. We'll email you 14 days before shipment with the final price and a chance to confirm or cancel — no obligation until then.
When do the collections actually launch?
Keys Paradise and Manatee Dream are scheduled for the first wave; Coral Bloom follows. Waitlist members get the launch date a week before the public.
Why don't I see prices anywhere?
We're holding pricing until we've manufactured the first run — we want to be honest about cost-of-goods before we publish numbers. Waitlist members lock in founder pricing as soon as it's set.
Are these designed for snorkeling or scuba?
Our 2mm shorty wetsuit and dry-top snorkel sets are built for snorkeling, free-diving, and shallow-water scuba in warm tropical waters. For deep cold-water scuba you want a 5–7mm full suit — we don't make those.
What's the wetsuit made of?
Limestone-based neoprene with flatlock-stitched seams — softer, lower-stretch fatigue, and a lower carbon footprint than petroleum-based neoprene. UPF 50+ rated.
Where does the 3% to reef restoration go?
Split between three Florida-based partners: Coral Restoration Foundation (Key Largo), Reef Renewal USA (Fort Lauderdale), and Mote Marine Lab (Summerland Key). We publish quarterly totals — full transparency.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes — 30 days on unworn items in original packaging. Swimwear bottoms are final-sale once tags are off (hygiene reasons). Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any duties or import fees their country charges.
