By using floridamermaid.com, reserving a pre-order, or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Read them — they're written in plain English on purpose.
Pre-orders
When you reserve a pre-order on this site, you're holding a spot in our launch queue. We don't charge your card today. Two weeks before your collection ships, we'll email you with the final price and confirm your size. You can cancel any time before that confirmation — no charge, no hassle.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time before you confirm your pre-order. Once you confirm, your price is locked.
Shipping & returns
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. International shipping at checkout — you're responsible for any duties or import fees your country charges.
30-day returns on unworn items in original packaging. Swimwear bottoms are final-sale once tags are removed (hygiene). Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Product details
We do our best to show every piece accurately — photos, sizing, materials. Slight variations happen (especially with hand-finished details). If something arrives that's substantially different from what was advertised, email us and we'll make it right.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Don't share them. If you think someone's accessed your account, email us immediately.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to do anything illegal, automated scraping, security testing without permission, or anything that would degrade the experience for others.
Intellectual property
The Florida Mermaid name, logo, designs, photography, and copy are our property. Don't reproduce, modify, or sell them. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimers
We provide this site and its products "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what's required by law. Snorkeling and diving carry inherent risks — Florida Mermaid gear is designed to perform but doesn't substitute for proper training, fitness, and judgment. Always dive within your limits.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Florida courts unless you're entitled to bring the matter elsewhere under your local law.
